Smoothed motion, not a nervous chase
Literally following every micro-movement of the subject produces a frame that shakes. The path is smoothed with an inertia curve, so the virtual camera behaves like a hand-made pan rather than a tracker.
The frame resets on every cut
When it detects the edit point, the frame does not carry over the position from the previous shot. Every clip starts its tracking from scratch, which is exactly what avoids those odd jumps right after a cut.

Yes. The generated keyframes are native to Premiere and edit like any other.
Does it work with graphics and text?
Reframing affects the video. Graphics are worth reviewing, and that is what the safe zone guides are for.
Does it change my original sequence?
No. Each format is generated as a new sequence and the master is left untouched.
What if there are several people in frame?
It prioritises the active subject, and if there is no clear one it widens the frame to keep both.
