It cuts where the topic changes, not every five minutes
Splitting by fixed duration produces chapters that start halfway through an explanation. The analysis looks for the points where the talk moves on to a different subject, so each chapter is a unit that stands on its own in the video index.
Requirements
It meets the YouTube chapter rules
YouTube requires the first chapter to start at 00:00, at least three of them, and a minimum length. The output already respects those conditions, so they activate when you paste them instead of sitting there as a dead list of times.
